Our Programs We conduct programs such as workshops, seminars, and training sessions in the areas below. The bulleted items represent workshop subtopics. In most cases they can be combined with at least one other bulleted item to create a 2-4 hour program. Typically a pre-meeting session is held to discuss the needs of the client relative to the topics. Please call or email me if you have questions: (513)460-5234 or drgooden@magconsults.com. Additionally, Mark A. Gooden Consulting is a leading provider of executive coaching and consulting services. We offer leadership development, coaching, and team building. Our comprehensive tools include the following broadly used assessments: Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator © (MBTI©) and MBTI© Step II, Firo-B, Spectrum CPI-260, and the Bar-On EQ-i and EQ 360, which are used to measure Emotional Intelligence. See sample reports of some of the assessments we use. MBTIŠ Step II -The Step II Interpretive Report offers Step I (four-letter type) results and describes in detail your four-letter personality type. Next, Step II facet results are displayed graphically. Personalized text explains your results on each of the 20 facets. Step II results are then applied to four important components of executive development: communication, change management, decision making, and conflict management. The report describes your style in these four areas and suggests ways of using this style more effectively. FIRO-B- This report supplies a list of your patterns of need fulfillment in the areas of inclusion, control, and affection to target areas for development, and provides team role and effectiveness information with suggested guidelines for improvement. The FIRO-B® Interpretive Report for Organizations is ideal for use in
Spectrum CPI-260 -helps you better understand your preferences, attitudes, and behaviors in key dimensions of management and leadership.
